Despite the fact that worldwide, more women than men are graduating from university* women professionals remain both underpaid and under-represented at the most senior levels.
In Australia women are paid 18% less than their male counterparts**. This is due to a number of factors - motherhood being one – yet there is a great deal that women can do to close the gap.
• Do you feel uncomfortable asking for pay rises or promotions?
• Do you see people around you achieving the success that you want?
• Do you berate yourself and your achievements?
Stop undervaluing the professional contribution you make and start focusing on the opportunities available to you!
...and master self-promotion in a way that sits well with your values.
• Start focusing your energy on your strengths
• Increase your visibility at work with the people who matter
• Take charge of your own career with an effective career plan
• Target the promotions and opportunities that count
• Dramatically increase your confidence
One-on-One Coaching:
Speak to Rebecca about an Introductory Session.
Prior to your session you will complete a thorough questionnaire to uncover your goals and current barriers to your success. This will give you a great deal of clarity of what you want and help Rebecca understand where she can add the greatest value in your Introductory Session (just $97).

Group Coaching:
Rebecca runs small, intimate "12 Steps to Becoming a Purple Zebra - How to Raise Your Profile and Get Ahead in Your Career" workshops (4-5 people) which take place over a 12 week period. The next course starts in May 2011.
"As women we really need to understand that sometimes it’s not about the fact that it is men putting this glass ceiling over us but that we create the glass ceiling.
[At Westpac] our experience is that we advertise a role but don’t get women applying because they read the skill set and if they have 8 out of 10 of the skills required, they don’t apply.
Men will apply with 6 out of 10 and get the job.”
- Larke Riemer,
Westpac Women’s Market
