Companies that bring women into the workforce today give themselves a better chance to prosper over the long term. Those that don’t will struggle to stay competitive. But there are many barriers to womens' participation: some are cultural, but many are structural, including more flexible working hours.**

Many women struggle to identify, let alone acknowledge, their strengths and successes.
At Clear Horizon Coaching, we aim to empower women by raising their awareness of their core value and give them the tools to communicate this information internally.
Our signature 12-modular training, "12 Steps to Becoming a Purple Zebra - How to Raise Your Profile and Get Ahead in Your Career", offers practical step by step training in this area. Material can be adapted to suit large and small groups, as well as individuals.

We focus initially on self-leadership - to lead others it is essential first to have a solid understanding of 'self', including strengths; areas for development; beliefs about self and abilities.
With firm foundations in place, we then train core leadership skills including: communication skills; managing meetings; conflict resolution.
