The Importance Of Women
Despite worldwide skills shortages, particularly within professional service industries, women remain a relatively undertapped resource.*
Companies that bring women into the workforce today give themselves a better chance to prosper over the long term. Those that don’t will struggle to stay competitive. But there are many barriers to womens' participation: some are cultural, but many are structural, including more flexible working hours.**
