There are 5 modules in our course; the first 2 are standard. Should you wish to include any of the additional modules in your course, you can. We also tailor more extensive NLP workshops for companies.

Modules 1 & 2: Behaviour and Language

Improving communication and leadership skills; tailoring language to influence and persuade other; learn rapport skills; adapting language to help others relate to you more easily.

Module 3: Conflict resolution

Learning practical techniques to diffuse situations of conflict or disagreement.

Module 4: Leadership

Learning the importance of leading yourself before you can lead others.

Module 5: Cross cultural

NLP teaches that people are all different but traditional NLP does not incorporate the impact that cultural differences and cultural backgrounds have on communication. Our course does explore this.

N.B. This course will give you a great overview of a number of NLP communications skills but not an NLP qualification. Courses for NLP qualification involve 10 full days of training.

What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a study of how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results and outcomes they do.

When we better understand how those around us 'operate' we can adapt our approaches to suit them and 'speak their language'.

The result?

Improved communication; building both rapport and trust with others; and having a better understanding of how to manage and communicate with them to best effect.
