Rebecca established Clear Horizon Coaching in 2005, with a desire to teach others how to enjoy careers with greater passion, fulfilment and success:

Rebecca has a rich and varied professional background. She worked for many years in London for a cutting edge online business and a number of leading advertising agencies, managing complex global projects for the likes of HSBC; Kimberley Clark; BBC; and Cadbury Schweppes.

Her work took her all over the world collaborating with senior clients to develop, adapt and implement global communications strategies and creative solutions across a range of diverse geographical markets.

About Rebecca

Rebecca is English by birth and sees herself as a global citizen. She lived in Hong Kong for 15 years during her formative years; has backpacked solo throughout Eastern and Southern Africa; travelled to over 30 countries; and is now an Australian resident, loving living by Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach, with her partner Ross, where the cappuccino’s flow freely.

She is addicted to ‘Pineapple Dance Studio’; has dived with great white sharks; loves trying her hand at anything creative; and has even ridden an ostrich. Yes, an ostrich.

Rebecca Wells, Director of Clear Horizon Coaching, is a Certified Coach and trained in London UK with The Coaching Academy.

She qualified in 2005 with two Distinction Diplomas in Personal and Corporate coaching. 

The Coaching Academy is Europe’s largest coaching institution; its qualifications are internationally recognised and are endorsed by The Institute of Leadership & Management.

Rebecca is both a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Time-Line Therapist. She was trained by Gordon Young in Sydney, Australia at the Institute of Human Technology, recognised by the Australian Board of NLP.

Rebecca holds a BA/Hons from The University of Manchester, UK in Philosophy & English Literature

Prior to working in the Professional Development industry, Rebecca worked for many years in London's advertising industry working for companies including JWT and DDB.

Her global and regional client base consisted of a number of blue-chip companies including HSBC; BBC; Kimberly Clark; Pfizer; Cadbury Schweppes; and Ufi/COI.
